“Designed using a single material for subtle sophisticated style, sustainable hardwood lined the walls and floors.” “It was the perfect place for sipping spritz while soaking in the ocean views.”
When Sydney’s favourite spot for oceanside fun and decadence, the Icebergs Terrace, partnered with the new Ketel One Botanical vodka, it was the perfect summer match.
The refreshing refit was inspired by nature and sought to replicate the light tones and garden-fresh feel of the new vodka, distilled with real botanicals and infused with natural fruit essences. The iconic space was completely transformed into a pop-up bar oasis.
Entering through a timber-lined tunnel, guests stepped out into the sea breeze to discover an intimate garden terrace dotted with native Australian flora. Overlooking Bondi Beach, it was the perfect place for sipping spritz while soaking in the ocean views and lush leafy surroundings while smartly clad waiters delivered cocktails and snacks.
Designed using a single material for subtle sophisticated style, sustainable hardwood lined the walls and floors. With all elements considered, the revamp was also planned using functional design with restaurant efficiency and service in mind.
The pop-up fit seamlessly into its landscape, and not only earned the affectionate nickname “the treehouse” but gained the love of locals and the international scene alike.
