“The forum brought together leading taste makers, industry innovators and expert analysts to inform, provoke and inspire”
With trends, tastings, talks and visuals, the Food and Drink Futures Forum was a sensory deep-dive into what’s on the horizon for the food and beverage industry. Produced by Alfred in conjunction with London’s The Future Laboratory, the forum brought together leading taste makers, industry innovators and expert analysts to inform, provoke and inspire on all the latest talking point in food: from the future of the soda market in an anti-sugar world to how Culinary Diplomacy can help businesses form closer relationships with consumers via food.
The afternoon included a low ABV ‘shim’ gin-tasting, in recognition of the trend towards low- and zero-alcohol alternatives, and plenty of opportunities for networking.
